Typically, the hire period is up to six hours.
Unfortunately we do not leave the castles out overnight. Our last pick-up time varies throughout the year, depending on how much daylight we have. As a guide, we want to pick the castles up before it gets dark.
Yes, we deliver the castles, set them up and pick them up after the hire period. we may arrive earlier and pick up later than the start finish time on your order, depending on the work load on the day.
No we don't provide supervision for residential hires, although we have supervisors available usually for commercial and public events if required.
As long as the weather is good on the day of hire, you should not have to do anything else and we will see you then.
We do not deliver the castles in the rain. The castles come with a blower, which must be kept on at all times. Electricity and water don't mix well, so as a rule we don't have the castles operating in the rain. If you think it might rain during your hire period, you have the option to cancel. We do not charge you for cancelled hires under these conditions. Once we have delivered and the weather changes there are no refunds.
Yes they can up to a point, the manufacturers recommendation is up to 25kmh. The same rule applies as for rain, if you think it is too windy on the day call us prior to the hire time to cancel and there are no penalties. once we have delivered and the wind gets up there are no refunds.
No, we don't operate a bond or deposit system. However, we do ask for payment on delivery or prior.
We accept cash on delivery, or you can pay online. Direct transfers can be made to our account, this would need to be done prior to the day of hire. The simple rule is no payment , no castle.
Set up on flat grass is the best option, however we can set up on a hard surface as long as it is flat and smooth. There is an additional charge for this which can be selected with your order. look for Weights and cover for hard surface.
Some will depending on the building ceiling height. They range from 3.5m to 6m high. You will nee to find out the ceiling height of the building you wish to use.
Our bouncy castles range from 4m x 4m and up in size. You must have a space available that has one metre clearance around it to avoid contact with Sharp objects or trees. The bouncy castle runs on an electric blower, so we'll need to have access to a standard electrical socket.
